Your points expire 6 months after your last order. As long as you keep earning, your points will stay active! FYI—If you're already a member of CAVA Rewards, all of your existing points and rewards will be transferred over to the new program.
We'd never let you miss out on points! If you skipped a scan, simply sign in and visit our Forgot to Scan page. Send us your restaurant receipt details within 30 days of your order date. If you don't have your receipt, we cannot offer credit. Forgot to Scan submissions are only available for in-restaurant visits. Heads up: There's a limited number of submissions allowed per member. Once you exceed the maximum, we won't be able to provide points for missed scans. For any questions, please reach out to support.cava.com.
Unfortunately, once points are redeemed for a reward, the points cannot be returned to your account. We cannot swap rewards, exchange rewards for cash value, or gift the reward. For more information, check out CAVA Rewards Terms & Conditions.
Rewards redeemed from points expire after 60 days. Bonus rewards or perks awarded outside of points redemption have their own expiration rules. Please check to see when they expire.
Once you redeem your points for a reward, the reward will appear under "My Rewards" in your account. In-restaurant, apply a reward to your order by scanning your QR code on your app at checkout (or providing your phone number) and letting the team member know which reward you'd like to use. When checking out on CAVA's app or website, add the item to your cart before checkout. You can apply your reward to your cart on the checkout page.
