We'd never let you miss out on points! If you missed a scan, follow the steps below to get your points:

There you can upload your restaurant receipt details within 30 days of your order date.
If you don't have your receipt, we cannot offer credit. Forgot to Scan submissions are only available for in-restaurant visits.
Heads up: There's a limited number of submissions allowed per member. Once you exceed the maximum, we won't be able to provide points for missed scans. For any questions, please reach out to support.cava.com.
