Once logged in on CAVA App or Web, go to your Account -> Saved Payments, select âTap to add a new gift card +â, then manually enter the card number and PIN. Or, once logged in, you can add your gift card directly on the checkout screen.Â
Please note: You must have a CAVA account to use a gift card online or in the app. Once added, the balance will transfer to your account, and the physical gift card will no longer work.
An eGift card is a digital gift card purchased online and sent by email, usable immediately at any CAVA location or for app and web orders. There are multiple ways to use an eGift gift card.
Option 1: Add funds to your account wallet under Saved Payments to pay in-restaurant (by scanning at checkout) or online at checkout for app and web purchases. Please note: You must have a CAVA account to use a gift card online or in the app. Once added, the balance will transfer to your account, and the eGift gift card QR code will no longer work. Â
Option 2: Scan the eGift emailâs QR code directly at checkout for in-restaurant purchases.Â
There are multiple ways to give an eGift gift card.
Option 1: Purchase an eGift card online and send it directly to your recipient's email address. The eGift recipient email will contain details with redemption instructions. Please allow up to 24 hours. If it still hasnât arrived, check the spam folder. If the email was entered incorrectly or still hasnât been received, contact us at support.CAVA.com.
Option 2: To give in person, send an eGift card to an accessible email. Simply print the eGift recipient email to deliver to your chosen recipient. Email QR code can be presented in-restaurant for use.
You can use a gift card at any participating CAVA location, excluding airport locations. You can purchase any food, drink, or in-restaurant itemâ physical or eGift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, online catering, merchandise, or third-party orders.Â
Physical gift cards can only be purchased in-restaurant. Physical gift cards cannot be ordered ahead and picked up in a restaurant. eGift gift cards are only available for purchase online at CAVA.com. SMS delivery is currently unavailable.
Please note: you cannot use account wallet funds or Rewards points to purchase gift cards.
Physical gift cards and eGift cards can be purchased in amounts from $5 to $200.Â
You wonât earn Reward points when buying gift cards (physical or eGift), but you can earn points when using a gift card to pay for app, web, or in-restaurant ordersâjust make sure you're logged in.
Visit the Check Gift Card Balance page on the CAVA website or view it in-app after adding the card in Saved Payments.Â
Gift cards cannot be merged directly, but you can load balances from multiple cards into your account wallet in Saved Payments on CAVA app or web. Physical gift card reloads must be done in-restaurant (reloading online is unavailable). eGift gift cards are one-time gift cards with no reload option.
No â digital eGift gift cards can only be purchased one at a time.Â
Treat it like cash. Contact support.CAVA.com immediately â any balance remaining on a lost or stolen gift card is not refundable. To ensure you can easily access your gift card, we recommend adding the balance directly to your account (instructions above).
