Third Quarter results from CAVA show revenues of $173.8M and Adjusted EBITDA of $19.8M. Same restaurant sales growth was 14.1% and restaurant-level profit margin was 25.1%. Net income was $6.8M and average unit volume was $2.6M. New menu innovations included spicy falafel and fiery broccoli.
