We use no peanuts, tree nuts, or any other kind of nuts in our food. We also use no eggs in our food. Our Traditional Hummus, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Lemon Herb Tahini, Red Pepper Chickpea Dressing, Grilled Meatballs, and Pita/Pita Chips contain sesame. Our Yogurt Dill, Eggplant + Red Pepper Dip, Crazy Feta, Harissa, Falafel, Spicy Lamb Meatballs, and Pita Crisps are sesame free, but are made on kitchen equipment that also processes sesame products. Our falafel doesn't contain soy, but is prepared in oil that comes into contact with soy. We use a blend of sunflower and olive oil in our cooking.
